Artificial Intelligence
The AI module brings language-model capabilities inside Nama ERP — but in a governed way: the AI can do nothing except through tools the system administrator defines, and every tool executes as a real user with the full security model applied. The result is an assistant that answers from your actual data, runs your reports, and even performs actions and imports records — without ever stepping outside what you allowed.
These capabilities reach beyond the system too: Nama ships with a built-in MCP server that lets external AI clients — such as Claude Desktop and Claude Code — connect to the system and use the same tools under the same controls.

- AI Module Configuration — setting up the language models and their providers, authentication keys, the vector store, and semantic search and record indexing.
- Nama ERP MCP Server — how to connect an external MCP client to the system: the server endpoint, authentication, client setup, and a complete reference of the six record export/import tools.
