Project Management

Project Management (ECPA) is the Nama module for firms whose product is professional time rather than goods: architecture and engineering offices, consultancies, audit and legal practices, design studios. Its whole design follows a job from the offer that won it, through the phases it is delivered in, down to the individual hours people spend on it — and back up again into an invoice the customer can be shown.

If you are new to it, read the overview first. It explains what the module is for, why it is a different thing from Contracting, and the vocabulary — types, disciplines, milestones and the matrix they form — that every other page assumes you already have.
